7. Special conditions for processing, such as the adoption of additional security measures or others of a similar nature, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Data Protection Regulation.
8. Data processing based on the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the
   Responsible, when it derives from a competence attributed by law.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. At the end of it, Qualitapps Asia will keep your personal data blocked during the legal limitation periods.

Legitimation for compliance with a legal obligation:

1. Communication of data to the competent public administrations, to Courts and Tribunals or to the State Security Forces and Bodies.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the Company is processing personal data that concerns him or not.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to
request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
